Meet Your Facilitator
Nick Josling
Nick has been investing in property since 2006 and is the host of Bristol Property Investors Network (pin), the largest property meeting in Bristol (see www.bristolpin.co.uk).
After completing the Property Mastermind programme, he changed from using property as a pension plan, to a means of leaving his full time job.

Since 2014, Nick has raised more than £2.2 million in private finance to purchase properties. He is also Director of Bristol Property Partnership, which manages over 200 tenants and 82 properties in Bristol, specialising in housing professional tenants in houses of multiple occupation.

In addition Nick owns a substantial property portfolio of both HMO’s and single let properties in Bristol, and is currently involved with a new build development, as well as two commercial to residential conversions.

Nick is married with two daughters, and loves helping other people to succeed, and sharing in their development.

Case Studies
"What a year it’s been, can’t believe it’s over already, it’s flown by. Like most people I signed up with a sense of in-trepidation and anticipation. Our small but ambitious group got underway in March 2017 with the very amicable and knowledgeable Nick Josling. His easy going un-pressurised manner had us all motivated, over the year we learnt numerous strategies to get us moving on our journey.

My personal journey has been through using a third party to source, refurb and manage. That has given me the confidence to know and understand what’s needed to keep growing. Overall it’s been a highly enjoyable, highly effective & highly educating experience. I can safely recommend the whole MML experience."
